Sell more sponsorships
We find companies that should be sponsoring your event but don't know it yet, and bring your team the ones who ask to see your sponsorship brochure. Your team closes.

Your pipeline only holds companies that already know you
Renewals, enquiries from your site, last year's relationships: every one of them already knows the event. Companies that have never heard of you don't reach your pipeline. Sponsorships sell for £15k to low six figures, so every company missing from it is a deal your team never gets to pitch.
240 sponsor leads in 30 days
For a European technology event, run through August, we delivered 240 leads in the first 30 days.
A named person at a target company who replies to our email saying they're interested in sponsoring and want to see your sponsorship brochure. Opens and clicks don't count.
We write about their pipeline, not your show
Our emails are about the sponsor's pipeline and the buyers they can meet at your event. They go out in your voice, under your event's name. The only thing we ask for is a reply.
How we find your next sponsors
- 01Define who should sponsor.
We draft 4–5 sponsor profiles for your event, and you reprioritise them.
- 02Size them.
Before any copy is written, we estimate how many companies fit each profile.
- 03Find the right person.
We build the list of target companies first, then find the right person at each one.
- 04Send and test.
Emails go out from domains and mailboxes we own, warm up and monitor, up to about 3,500 a day. From launch, we test subject lines, opening lines, calls to action and opt-outs against each other.
- 05Hand over the leads.
Positive replies sync to your CRM with a phone number and email. We work with HubSpot, Salesforce, or any CRM with an open API.
We stay away from the deals you're already working
Tell us who to leave out: existing sponsors, live conversations, anyone your team is working. We never contact them. Your own domain is never used.
Your team only has to close
Leads arrive in your CRM with a name, a phone number and an email, from someone who has already asked to see your sponsorship brochure.
You approve everything before it sends
- Sign-off on the sponsor profiles
- Sign-off on the sizing
- Sign-off on the copy
- A list of who to exclude

Get more meetings by not asking for meetings.
Take the meeting ask out and people write back asking for a call. Your event already owns the offer.

Sell the room, not the stand.
Describe the buyer audience first, then work back to every category that sells into it. The list becomes a product of the audience.

The only metric that matters.
Between 50% and 80% of the replies we get back are positive. We do not report opens at all, and this is why.
